Debra is a pioneer in reminding humanity that birth can be full of pleasure and delight. Debra has trained thousands of doulas and birth professionals around the world in the practices of gentle birth support. Debra is the creator and director of the documentary Orgasmic Birth.She is a sought after inspirational speaker as well as co-author of the book Orgasmic Birth.

Ibu Robin Lim is a midwife, mother, grandmother, and founder of Yayasan Bumi Sehat, a non-profit organization in Indonesia. She also serves on the board of Bumi–Wadah Philippines, where she is known as “Lola Robin.” She believes that each individual is an essential “Piece of Peace” therefore by protecting the mothers and newborns in childbirth we may build peace, one Baby, one Mother, one Family at a time. In 2006 the Alexander Langer Foundation honored Ibu Robin as the Premier Alexander Langer. In 2011 she was chosen CNN Hero of the Year.

Dr. Oscar Serrallach graduated from Auckland School of Medicine in NZ. He specialized in general practice, family medicine, and did further training in functional medicine. Among other things, he worked in an alternative community in Nimbin that exposed him to nutritional medicine, herbalism, and home birth. Oscar currently practices at an integrative medicine center in AU. His renowned book “The Post Natal Depletion Cure” is being applauded by mothers globally for being an incredibly well-researched solution to postpartum depletion and exhaustion.
Gurmukh is an internationally loved teacher of Kundalini yoga and a pioneer in the field of prenatal yoga with her method, The Khalsa Way. For the past 50 years, Gurmukh has been uplifting people through these ancient teachings that give a way to live. She has trained hundreds of students worldwide to become Kundalini yoga teachers and The Khalsa Way teachers through her training programs. She is the co-founder and director of Golden Bridge Yoga as well as the author of two books.

Debby is the co-founder of Birthtalk.org, an organisation specialising in healing from traumatic birth, and working towards an empowering birth. For the topic of Birth Trauma Debby has guest lectured to Midwifery students at Griffith University and the University of Queensland, and given presentations for The Australian Doula College and Australian Breastfeeding Association counsellor conferences. She provides Professional Development workshops for hospital midwives and doulas on the topic of Birth Trauma and how to support impacted women.

Mala is a renowned and very much loved midwife, doula, Cranial Sacral Therapist, Yoga Teacher, massage therapist, mother and grandmother. She is currently creating a natural birthing centre on holy land in Hawaii where she has been bringing babies to the world for many years. She is a guest teacher and the spiritual leader for the DONA certified Eat Pray Doula Workshops which take place in Bali each year and is a passionate supporter of the Bumi Sehat Foundation founded by Ibu Robin Lim in Indonesia.

Jinti Fell is an Australian mother of 3. She has become known for sharing her family's unconventional, nomadic, intentional lifestyle with the online world. She is passionate about all things pregnancy, natural/undisturbed birth, health, and creating a beautiful life for her family. Jinti thrives through exploring alternate ways to live. She believes that detaching from 'things' and stepping away from conventional living is what truly makes us happy. Slowing down and living with intention is what she hopes to convey through everything she does.
Mana Mei embodies Dance & Women's Movement. She began dancing when she was three years old and went on to study many different modern dance techniques, classical ballet, improvisation, and choreography through University. She is passionate about connecting people with their authentic movement voice, discovering what their unique form of expression is, and empowering women to step fully into their full expression by liberating their mind, body, and spirit.

The vision and concept have grown organically, inspired by women & birthkeepers’ stories everywhere, deeply informed by the ancient wisdom of our ancestors and indigenous cultures.
The filming of a peaceful, gentle birth experience at Bumi Sehat in Bali led to the interviewing of experts, and our female and male protagonists. First shot in Ubud filming continued in Berlin and various locations in Australia.
We are currently seeking a production partner and the support of funding to be able to continue filming our proposed documentary series independently to enable the global sharing of our mission.
